perfect location, excellent breakfast selection, loyal staff. the accommodation is in the middle of the town. loved dainties at eve's, it was right by the hotel. it was nice to be offered to move into a better room.

This hotel had a central position. A holiday base for our city break, would definitely visit it again. Room met requests. Free parking was provided to the guests.

Chapters Restaurant, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hay-On-Wye. Even the Gloucestershire airport was not so far.
